Overview:
    This mech is not really a George Forman.   It is however an early variant on the concept
    that would narrow down to the George Forman. But since its at least related to George
    Formans, the unit designation has been retroactively been modified to fit modern naming
    conventions.

Capabilities:
    The XL version of the TSM60 project gets closer to what would become the George Forman
    concept.  The introduction of an XL engine gets the ground speed up to modern expectations.
    The weapons remain largely the same in concept to its standard engine counter part.   Long
    ranged firepower is enhanced.  Some of the Battery of rocket launchers is removed.  The
    really interesting part is the weapon arrangement is simplified.  Systems are concentrated.
    Include the use of a standard Cockpit and Gyro, and the consolidation to a mass producible
    model becomes evident.
