Overview:
The Brace is a pre-modern design. It was intended to be a battleline unit, supporting other
more traditional mechs in an economical package. In the modern era it has been superceded
by heavier elements with same mission profile, such as the Drudge.
Capabilities:
D confifuration is a compromise between supporting the battleline and the desire to fire all
the missiles. Historically its based off a series of mechs known as "Insano"'s. The core
concept is to use the streak systems ability to not produce heat to maximize the number of
launchers that can attempt to get a lock. The PPCs are there to provide cover as the mech
closes the range, begining the process of opening exploitable holes in the targets arnor.
The inclusion of a Radical heat sink helps recover from unusually successful lockon attempts
and switches the weapon systems from either/or bracketed fire to "why not both, some of the
time"
