Overview:
    "Well at least the name is less dumb."
    
    "What? Winged Bolo wasnt catchy enough for you?"

Capabilities:
    Possibly a boondoggle, the SheVa line of tanks takes the ever popular Bolo frame and does
    wholy unnatural things to it.  Gone is the Turret and a good chunk of armor coverage.  In
    its place the engine is brought back in line with the rarely used Berserker variant.  The
    weapons are placed in a lighter weapons bay with only limited traversal capability.  And
    finally a jump jet system is installed.
    
    Its the Jumpjets that might make the difference between operational use and being religated
    to "not worth the expense."  While the Berserker quickly lost the capacity to maintain
    manueverability once engaged in combat, the brute force expediency of the jump jets gives a
    last ditch method of mobility.  It also allows tactical suprise and the ability to pass
    otherwise blocking terrain with some risk.  Though even if the drive is broken, a SheVa can
    still bounce along at a reasonable if unpleasant for the crew clip.

Deployment:
    The performance in actual combat is what might save the SheVa from death via cost
    effectiveness review.  Use by an expiditionary force against a peer adversary say 6 ShaVas,
    4 VTOLs and 2 Eviscerators obliterate an evenly matched force of HAG carriers and Longbows.
    High speed allowed the SheVas to close the range before the opposition could set up a firing
    line.  Once at close quarters, the jump jets kept the SheVas mobile even as they lost their
    treads.  By the time the Eviscerators arrived the enemy forces were a scattering mess, their
    lines of retreat blocked by the bulk of SheVas that had jumped behind them.

Variants:
    Its a member of the Bolo family.  As such all of the 20 ton weapon configurations that have
    been developed over the years are available.  A particularly favored variant is a UAC-20
    with supporting ER Medium lasers.
