W00t for Summer action flicks....even if they are late for summer.

Jason Statham (Snatch, Lock Stock & Two Smoking Barrels, The One) is some ex-military guy that transports. he lives by his own strict rules. He breaks them, and his life goes crazy.

Thats about all you need to know about this movie. The plot is just an excuse for fast driving, guns and explosions. Oh yeah...and suprisingly good martial arts sequences by Statham.

Its an over the top action flick. If you want plot or good dialouge...go somewhere else. This is more action based than many of Arnold's 80's movies.

Anyway...I give Transporter 9/10

For some reason, I keep thinking I've seen this character somewhere before...

Oh yeah...it's Kenichi Sonoda's Bean Bandit from Gunsmith Cats...

And prolly another dozen movies...

Doesnt mean this isnt good, though.

The opening sequence with the Police Puegeot 206b's and Statham's BMW 745 is nice though...

LOL....me and my friends keep having the urge to do the doorbell sequence during my Spanish instructor's lectures every day.
