==Overview:==
     Designed by the weapons plant on Bryant. Part of the Russian redevelop
program, the Okasa is designed to be deployed in offensive or defensive
situations calling for infintry deployed via watery bodies. Since its desig
and built at the Bryant Naval Yards, on the recently renamed Nicholus Outle
honor of Czar Nicholus, they serve to aid in the defense of the many hard t
access military instilations on the coasts and islands.

==Capabilities:==
     Powered by a Fusion Engine, which is rair for NUSSR, it is able to sta
under water for prolonged periods of time. This allows it to stealilly appr
its targets, then rise to pound and disrupt coastle defenses while it off l
its six tons of cargo, usually unarmored infantry.

     Defensive and Offensive weaponry exists in multiple forms. First being
Torpedo Launchers mounted in the bow. These allow the Okasa to neutrilize o
subs and underwater defenses. Next is the turret mounted St SRM's which can
loaded with either standard or inferno munitions that are pulled from the
internal bays. Last is a recently aquired and manufactured RAC/5, also turr
mounted which with its variable rate of fire can destroy building, pin down
enemy infantry, or challenge enemy mechs.

     With average armor protection and moderate speed the Okasa is a valuab
tool. When not serving as a troop carrier, the Okasa is used as a short ran
cargo hauler and actually helps move 5 percent of the munitions on Bryant f
base to base.

==Variants:==
     One variant exist which replaces the 4 St SRM's with 6 SRM's.

==Deployment==
     At this time less then fifty of these exist with another ten expected
years end. All are stationed on Bryant.

Beautiful. but why the large number of Streaks? I figure this thing would only surface under two conditions.

A) There is no enemy prescence.
B) The odds strongly favor the Okasa if it does surface.

I recommend dropping two for some lasers that can be used above and below water. Maybe even all of them. Up to you, just my .02 C-Bills.
