Overview:
    An ancient design at this point, this mech was originally designed by the friend who got me
    into battletech.  And its probably not faithfully reproduced here.  Probably.  The key Idea
    behind this mech was the many guass rifles in an otherwise simple chassis.  This makes it an
    economic option to the problem of how to bring more gauss rifles to the table.

Capabilities:
    In this rendition of the mech I went for normal movement and accepted endo-steel as the
    price to pay to not be a worse mech.
    
    As to why this type of mech?  Go back to those days, the clans were still new and the gauss
    rifle was one of the few weapons the inner sphere had that could match them.  More is better
    at that point.  At this point too.  The gauss rifle never really stops being effective.  I
    just tend not to use it as that I'm more energy/lrm biased these days.  But every once in
    awhile I pull out a gun line...

Notable MechWarriors:
    So the name of the mech is supposed to mean "mind like water"  which I interpret as meaning
    find the easiest way to do something.
