Overview:
It may be the 3150's in Universe. But as fun as the newer tech is I feel that it can get a
bit pricey and overly complicated if it were real life. So as a ongoing part of a personal
TRO I am making for fun I present you the Thunderstroke TDS-1VGL.
The idea is it's a mini Awesome. It's at the lower end of the Medium Mech scale at 45 tons.
But if it has time to charge it's capacitors. Ot can hit as hard as a 3025 Aws-8Q without
spiking it's heat like a Clan Nova Omnimech.
Engine and Chassis are standard, with only the armor and weapons being post Clan Invasion
Era. I could be wrong, but FF armor should be fairly common even in parts of the Periphery
by current time in Universe.
Capabilities:
Three Light PPC's with Capacitors to punch as hard as one of it's bigger brother the
Awesome-8Q if desired with the help of a targeting computer, and a reasonable heat spike.
And a head mounted TC enhanced X-Small Pulse Laser because infantry should never die alone,
and even Battle Armor doesn't like getting a point at enemy sun tan.
Variants:
5/8/5 could be done in the future, but that would take Light and XL engines. This model is
design to punch good at range while keeping technicians and merc unit accountants happy.

For art take a 3025 TRO Withworth. And just replace the arm mounted medium lasers, and the chest mounted LRM's with Ligth PPC's. _________________ Formerly Podtech Mulk/Mulkasaur at D&B Marietta, Ga.
