Overview:
    A full rebuild of old PXH-1's already slated for fusion reactor replacements, the PXH-3R is
    intended for mercenary companies and House forces looking for an increase in capability
    without breaking the bank, and easier to repair than many other PHX-3 and later models. A
    light fusion engine and a switch to double heatsinks, along with an additional four handles
    the increased heatload generated by switching all lasers to ER models. Two small pulse
    lasers replace the machine guns, and effective armor protection increases by half a ton due
    to the use of Ferro-Fibrous armor.
