So I am going to be that guy, WHY would the Clans build a IIC version of a mech that didn't enter service until AFTER the SLDF had left the Inner Sphere? Was the date retconned at some point for the Valkyrie?
Also which Clan would be fielding this?

They made a Wolfhound IIC. The Jenner IIC has never been well explained to my knowledge.
Or simply, because I wanted to see what could be done with Clan-tech.
