Wanted to see if I could come up with a Clan version of the Bushwacker that was suitable for the Clan Invasion era. Took the Black Hawk as a guide and went from there, with some heavier weaponry that could strike out at a distance. The only Inner Sphere thing I included is CASE for the LRM ammo.

Why the improved jump jets if you're only going to jump your walking speed?

Can I get the same jump dist. (or more) with just regular JJs?

Regular jump jets allow you to add jumping MP equal to your walking MP. Improved jump jets allow you to boost that jumping MP up to match your running MP. So usually when you see Improved jump jets on a 5/8 'mech, the unit will move 5/8/8.

You get the same distance per jump jet but you are allowed to mount more of them if using improved jump jets like Mordel said.
