But that's nothing like the other. It's a mostly-Clan Mech in Inner Sphere clothing.

Its from Neon Genesis Evangelion. Thus, its a conversion, and I think this is more accurate to the source.
Oh, and I forgot to note that it can carry a 6 ton handheld weapon [5t weapon and 1t armor].
