Finally UMUs on underwater omni (waves to Avatar), but are the MPLs actually going to hit something with their range hobbled?

Well, if it didn't have the UMUs, I'd hate the MPLs. As it stands, with the UMUs you actually have the mobility to get within range.

Well, if some vision reduction is in play then perhaps... Although I'd drop one of them for BAP or even Bloodhound in that case
