								| LEAST favorite Mech? The one you cant stand to look at or play or just think is lame. (Im not asking about munchy ok, everybodys version of munchy is different) But the mech that every time you get behind the controls you just get packed or cant pilot to save your life?
For me its the War Dog. Great design but with a 3/4 Pilot I ran turned and fell in the first round I couldnt get it to stand in the next 5 rounds I finally just powered down and forgot the mech. The rest of my forces were doing just fine. So I tried it later and same thing took 20 points and never stood again I then proceded to do more damage to myself by FALLING then I had originally taken. Since then I refuse to play that mace it is my BANE!!

So in essence what mech is your BANE and why? Id love to hear it.

								| Hmm, I would have to say my least favorite mech is the dang Thunderhawk, in one battle it absolutely destroyed my Warhammer in a couple rounds, shattered nearly every piece of my mech. Lucky enough not the head....

								| I'm feeling a little betrayed by the Wraith. I used to have great luck in that machine but recently it has been the unluckiest mount I could have ever ridden. Three battles in a row I've used Wraiths that have been trashed in the opening engagements.
So its like being backstabbed from your favorite.

								| The Blitzkrieg.
No ifs, ands, or buts, this is THE mockery of the game.

Oh, there're plenty others I hate ... Wraith, Jackrabbit, Battlehawk, nearly *everything* from the 3055 book, the Ost series ... but raw hatred in venom form?

 The Blitz.

								| Definately the Urbie (Urbanmech). I never liked that mech because once it was out of a city, it was nothing more then glorified target practice. _________________

								| The Assassin has got to be the worst case of not living up to your name that I`ve seen. It`s just pathetic for anything except scouting, and outgunned even by light mechs that it might meet. I have only bad experieces from trying to use Assassins.

								| Damn straight OD, the Urbie totally rocks in a city fight.
By using mechs outside their MOS makes them usually suck. Try using an Imp for scouting and see what happens...

								| Crusader would be my bane of a machine...at least the standard 3R is. I have had more of those shot out from under me percentage of use wise than any other machine save maybe those old Wasp and Stingers.
I like the 'Mech and all but it just carries too much dang ammo in the torsos. It is very frustrating to have a heavy lance advancing on the foe only to have it's firepower cut in half when my opponent gets lucky on some crit rolls. My father has at least twice taken mine out by those little snake eyes to hit location rolls and criting ammo.

I would have to agree with OD on many of the TRO 3055 designs. They look so bad that I have used very few of them. I usually play one of two things, level one in the good ol'days or clan level two. Very little IS level two or any level three.

Three cheers for BattleTech 2nd Edition Box Set!!!
