Mordel.Net code release 2.13.6 has been implemented. It contains a minor bug fix around notifications (I know you like them), some minor tweaks, and a few pieces of new equipment from tactical operations. Below is the complete list of changes:
Bug Fixes
Fixed an issue where new submissions would sometimes not be sent in the notification email. This happened when a submission occurred but was not approved ntil the next day. The site has been updated so all new submissions will always get sent in an email, regardless of how many days pass before they are officially approved.
Design Changes
To facilitate submitting canon designs, the code has been updated so that a canon design can be submitted if a custom design with the same name exists. Previously the custom design had to be renamed first and then the canon design submitted.
When submitting a BattleMech unit, if the checkbox to post a TRO format of the unit to the forums is selected, the forum post will also now contain a link to the unit page on my site.
The default rules approach has been changed to be Year Specific. This will facilitate designs being submitted where the equipment is now inline with the era and year indicated. This means by default that only equipment available at the rules level indicated and the year entered can be selected for the unit. This can easily be changed by modifying the rules approach.
Enhancements
The following advanced weapons and equipment available in Tactical Operations have now been implemented and available for design on units when applicable.
