Mordel.Net has been updated to code release 2.11.0 and follows the path of continuously improving upon the Unit Submission section by adding addition support for concepts introduced in Total Warfare and tactical Operations.

Bugs Fixed
  • Fixed an issue where weapons which can be split across multiple locations would sometimes appear multiple times in the second location
  • Added missing OS versions of the Narc Missile Beacon and Improved Narc Launcher
Enhancements
  • Added support for the calculation and display of Technology Rating. Designers will be able to see the technology Rating during design and viewers will see it presented in the readout. Technology Rating has also been added to the filters so you can narrow down your results when viewing BattleMech units.
  • Added support for the filtering of weapon and equipment types when designing a unit. Designers will now be able to filter the weapons and equipment selection list by selecting one or more of the available types (Energy, Ballistic, Missile, Area-Effect, Melee and Other).
  • Some back-end database updates were made to indicate if a recalculation of Battle Value, Battle Value 2, Cost and Tech Rating needs to happen. Currently by default each time someone views a design it checks to see if the calculations of the above are different then what is stored, and if so will update. Because this does take time, a flag was added to indicate that a recalculation should occur. This will prevent recalculations from happening all the time, even when not needed.
  • Added Streak LRMs as defined in the Tactical Operations rulebook
Design Changes
  • Previously if you tried to assign more armor to the front or rear when the combined would exceed the max, you'd get a popup notice that it is invalid. The design has changed so that when you assign more armor to the front or rear, if the max is exceeded it automatically reduces the quantity in the other area.
