"Hmmm. Going back to sidearms, the modern firearm that I carry on my hip when in the field is the Smith & Wesson Model 855 .357 Magnum. It has an eight round capacity and is compatable with full and half moon clips, or it can be loaded one by one. It is compact, reliable, accurate, and powerful. I usually load it with .38 Special ammo. Again, my preference for a revolver is painfully obvious."

My sidearm of choice is the STI Grandmaster semi-auto pistol. Unlike you old fogeys, its of .38 Super caliber and boast a 28 round magazine. Affixed with a C-More rail scope.
I do not have a steady hands to control the SMG on burst. So i go for the precise shot instead.

OOC: For your information, there is no Smith & Wesson Model 855. I made up the model number, but the picture is off a S&W 627, which I wanted the 855 to be silmilar to.
