I don't have level 2 or 3 rules so I'm wondering what you guys think of this mech. I made it using Heavy Metal Pro.

It seems like you have packed in every unusual equipment you found.
Composite armor has the problem that every point of damage takes out 2 points of strukture! Poor choice for an assaultmech that is designed to be hit. (think of the mere 12 t of armor!)
The weapon outload is to weak. (every ML needs 3HS and you need an amplifier)
You have devoted 16,5 t to 4 ML + HS and you have 2 HS in excess.
I think it´s to fast for an ICE-driven mech:
put it down to 2/3 and you´ll have 22 t to put more armor and weapons in.
I don´t think that somebody would place a hightech-equipment like a XL-Gyro into a ICE-mech. The Small Cockpit isn´t really needed here: you get 1 t and 1 crit but all your piloting-rolls are +1.
The turrets are nice for a really great firearc and the claws can rip apart opponents with ease! But it would be difficult to reach the target even with 3/5!
Try to get Max.Tech to get the informations about all the equipment.

It resembles overlarge and slow charger.

Armor and structure give it the durability of 55t mech.

Speed is too low to get in range.

Many unnecessary and expensive items are mounted on the mech, they probably weren't available in 3050.

Why would Any IS power build mech with I.C. engine?
