I don't understand. If you don't fire the PPC, one Medium Laser, and the two Small Lasers, you can run as fast as you can and fire everything else. If you fire the Medium Laser as well, you're only two points over. Add the Small Lasers, and you have 4 points. That's everything but the PPC and you're only 4 points over.

I may have gotten the math wrong by a little bit. I reviewed a bunch of mechs that day and this one stuck out as having an awful lot of energy weapons. Sorry if I goofed by a laser or two. This is what I get for trying to do the heat math in my head.
