==Overview:==
Named for the way the Guass Rifle juts out from beneath the nose, the
Swordfish represents Jalastar Aerospace's new offering as an interceptor.
As far as speed goes, the Swordfish moves only slightly faster than other
fighters of its size. However, it backs this up in long-range punch through
use of a Guass Rifle. Although it only has a ton of ammo the one ton should be
sufficient for most missions. Backing this up is an array of lasers for
close-in fighting, including an aft-mounted medium laser for use in
dogfighting.

I like it. It is an evil little bugger. With that speed and the guass it will really do some damage to unsuspecting ground troops as well as many of the light fighters.

dunno know if its good or not. never played AT.
but i do wonder....
it always struck me that the primary cannon was an energy weapon. maybe a PPC or ERPPC.
and the 4 back up guns where defintly bullets... yet i understand using energy weapons, bt ballistical cannons are super heavy. i personely would have gone with 4 mpl's. ml's just doesn't fit my imagination on this bad boy.
lastly use the weight savings to add a TC and more DHS.
thats my opinion. which is not much on this.
ps: i made a star wars d20 version of swordfisd II. it was sweet.

This is a sweet fighter I do play AT2 and that fighter is quite usefull it has good heat control improtant for heavy combat if it has a weakness it is the short range of the secondary weapons. But it has enough speed to close within range.
