The other thing Chihawk, is that young Karagin also only takes into account basic mech BV. When you modify for the two Dragoon pilots being Elite, the BV difference is only 900, not 2200.
Big difference there.

I was almost about to add a few comments about the BV system again. But then I realized that while I may own this place, Vagabond IS wearing the black and white refs uniform. And I sure as hell don't want to get stuffed into that penalty box with chihawk.
