After rolling a 13 in his first combat round this afternoon at Mordel's, Hardware rolled the above numbers for his next 7 turns.
What's funnier is that in the middle of those 7 rolls he began searching for a "better" d20 and rolled a combination 1,2,4,4,5 on 2 different d20.
And people think I roll badly.

I'm just waiting to see what would happen if someone rolled a critical failure with a Vorpal item.

That's up to the DM. Considering it's a magic item with + to attack/to-hit, and the fluff for those types of items states that they give those bonuses by helping to re-align themselves for the blow, I'd assume the DM would rule that such a powerful magic item would at least not manage to decapitate it's owner.

with rolls like that I think it's best he become a LARPer!
Hardware's in MASS? Go Hardware. Now if you can just convince K. to move back up here.....
