Overview:
    The CP-21-V was highly modified under the direction of Capt. Marco Avena of the mercenary
    company Hivarti's Hell Angels.

Capabilities:
    Unlike most Cyclops the CP-21-V is built to wade into the thick of a brawl.  This partially
    explains the use of standard PPCs in the arms rather more advanced models in the more
    protected torsos.  Avena's mech can is able to maintain a continually fire most of his
    weapons with excellent coverage in front and behind where opposing mechs could try to hide.
    
    Recently, HA techs have been overheard commenting on tests run using a assault class sword
    in place of one PPC.  However, if this modification was made it has not yet been used in
    combat.
