Overview:
    This variant of the venerable Hunchback IIC comes across as quite a contradiction that
    surprisingly works.
    
    Intended as an upgrade that uses more readily available Inner Sphere components, the IIC(G)
    is a more balanced variant that still packs a fearsome punch. Several changes make the
    design more effective while simultaneously keeping the idea that the mech is only worthy for
    failed warriors.

Capabilities:
    Twin Gauss Rifles replace the Ultras, increasing the range at the cost of firepower. To
    offset this, the standard twin ERs were switched out for 3 Heavy Mediums. Heat is more
    manageable, being controlled by inner sphere double heat sinks. The idea of lower quality
    dissipation coupled with the radiation shielding helps to give the impression of a poorly
    constructed mech.
    
    To make room for the systems, and to potentially punish the mechwarrior, a Small Cockpit is
    utilized.
    
    Despite the perceived risk of the design, the Mech is more well protected, has better
    endurance, and increased range, all achieved at a slightly lower price tag than the
    original.

Deployment:
    It's intended role and niche has kept the design from seeing any wide-scale deployment,
    though it has become popular amongst those who received them.

Variants:
    A popular variant amongst Commanders with a bit more resources, uses Clan Heat Sinks but
    adds an Inner Sphere XL Gyro. The overall increase in weight allows for the removal of a
    Heavy Medium Laser to be replaced by either an additional two tons of ammo or 1 ton of ammo
    and an ECM Suite.
