Well the reason the Pistons are NBA champs is because they are NOT whiney ball hogs they play as a team...and win as a team their attitude is much closer to that of the NCAA player I think part of the reason is that the Pistons do not have a single super star like most NBA teams but rather a balanced team Shaq had to play almost the entire game while 4 differant Pistons played tag-team on him same for Kobe they got tired while the Pistons kept throwing fresh bodies at them and wear them down Basketball is a team sport and that is how the Pistons play.
