And maybe no new story line, as we all get fat, dumb and happy for 60-some-odd-years.
But we have a big push for HMAero . . .

Even so there won't be any offical new tech, as I asked what areas do you folks think the IS would be looking to improve in their weapons tech? And why.

Given Warner's answer, maybe a better question is how far will the IS and clans fall by the time of clickytech?

Doubt the Clans will Fall. I am sure they will keep doing their own thing and not bug anyone. If anything they'll create a FTL drive and take the galaxy over after the Clickytech wars...

No sorry this was not answered since it was NOT a question that asked for an offical answer, it asked for FAN INPUT. So Warner's posting is nice and all that but it has NO bearing on this topic, I am asking for the fan input not offical input. If I wanted offical input I would have posted it to Randal on CBT as such, since I didn't the topic is not answered.

It says nowhere that you are looking for fan input, it asks "What will be the next improvement...".

If you'd like fan input go ahead and ask for that, because you haven't as of yet.

I asked What would be the next improvement in weapons of the IS, I then gave example and the I ended it with a comment about things spiraling down which leaves it wide open for all kinds of discussion and debate..seems to me I asked for FAN input from the start and it was you, who are not seeing that.
Can you show me were I asked for an offical CBT person to answer the question?

You did not ask for anyone's input specifically. You got an answer that answered the exact questions you posted. I see every word you posted, including the ones you edited. If you meant something other than what you asked then rephrase it. Your questions were answered.

As above, you didn't ask for anyone's specific input. You should be happy that you got a response from someone that actually knew the answer.
If you want people's opinion then ask for them, you asked specific questions which received specific answers. No matter what you intended to ask what you asked has been answered.

The whole question was asked for fan input and ideas on HOW they see things, so NO the question has not been answered. Just because Warner posted what he did, doesn't mean the topic is close or that others can't offer their ideas on it.
You seem to be suggesting that since Warner commented then I should be happy and that is that, but you miss the whole point of that is NOT what I was looking for. I was looking for FAN INPUT, not offical input or anything else.
Thing is I don't see why you are so quick to want to end this thread, since it is posted to get folks to share their ideas and HOW THEY see the IS spending their effort on researching things...so can you explain why you are so against this post or why you are so quick to tell me here and on Rick's site that I had the question answered when it hasn't been answered at all? Again let me clear up anything you may have not followed, I did not ask it as a question looking for an offical answer, I asked it to get FAN INPUT. Now you counter that with I needed to have the line FAN INPUT WANTED in it, why do I need this? I asked the question just like any of the hundred of other postings out there and as things were going I was getting comments and ideas, that is what I wanted, with the idea being to see what folks thought should be improved or not.
So can you please explain why you are against this subject and are still telling me it's been answered when most of the comments to it have been between you and me?
