I'm writing this from the Public Library, and don't have my folder with me (it actually is a folder).
Will get it.
AM Ammo is pretty simple. I found it on some nameless sight on the web aeons ago.
AM ammo: Same range, works with any weapon (except gauss, since the gauss field would mess up the ammo's magnetic bottle).
Does 8x normal damage. Costs 8x as much. If an ammo bay explodes, each shell does 8x normal damage. In short, you're toast.
But blowing the leg clean off a Grendel in one shot was worth it.
The AGR is my own invention. There are 3 versions. My favorite uses a governor on the capacitor that instead of releasing all the energy in one shot, lets it out in 3. Each shot does only 8 points of damage, but cumulative, that's 24 over the standard 15.
The largest version uses multiple capacitors, does 15 points per shot, but is so friggin' heavy it's only good for dropships or installations.
