I voted for the Shadow Hawk. Gotta love the fluff about the comfy cockpit, and the powerful hand actuators don't hurt either. The standard model doesn't do too well in battle... it's too much the jack of all trades, a "Let's put one of everything on it" mech. But it does have great modification potential, so I love it.
The other mechs are also great in their own rights. The Wolverine, especially the Marik model, just kicks but period. The Griffin is great mobile fire support, as is the Dervish.
The Scorpion becomes the least favorite by default... never did like quads much.

I just caught myself submitting a review for the standard Wolverine with a 4.5/5 at the TRO section!
Really, the Wolverine wouldn't jump to mind when looking for favourites in TRO:3025. Only by process of elimination do I realise that it is!
But then, I've garbled on enough about the merits of this design. I'll just say that I actually prefer the standard variant to the M. Yes, the M may be more deadly in pure killing power, but I kinda dig the set-up with the AC and very nicely balanced heat more!
So yeah, my true fondness of this design, which has proven itself on countless occasions (be it as part of a scout lance or even in suicide runs against assaults!!), has just hit me with great impact. Thought I'd share this historic moment with you guys..... _________________ "Rear armour is defeatist!" - unknown Kuritan Mechwarrior

I Have a Shadow hawk LAM Variant That is True sweetness and light. THEN I upgraded first with IS 3050 Tech THEN I Upgraded with Clan Tech.
I Like this so much when I am not in my MAD-51R ( Marauder III )I Personally pilot it.
I Named it Nighthawk ( NIH-181K)

I am really glad that this poll has become more even recently. I was very, very surprised when so many initially voted the Wolverine. Sure, it doesn't feature in as much hate-mail as the Shadowhawk or Griffin, but nobody writes love-poem about it, either (exception: my post in this thread!!!). Well, once again I seem to have picked the popular one.... That will not universally be the same in the new threads!
I'm quite surprised by the Dervish's showing, too, though I knew that Vagabond and Ruger were bound to vote for that one.
