Really? never seen the inso on it. I still like mine better though (call it bais if you want ) There is just something about a 90 ton monster moving 4/6/4 and mounting a Mace to get my blood pumping.

It was first seen in the first MWDA set, as a Swordsworn unique...you can now find it as a common design in other units as well...a record sheet of the design should be found in the RS:MWDA1 book...

It was also used in at least A Call to Arms by Loren Coleman...can't remember if there were any in the other novels...

It was said to be one of the last BattleMech designs created prior to the downsizing that occured due to Stone's reforms...

Many other cultures have names that can convert or sound cool. A lot of the names I have come up with, but never use, are from other languages. Theos is uncle in Greek but has a cool sound. Uran, Russian for damage. You get the idea. Another system is two think of natural items like fire, thunder, lightning, and then an animal. This is great for the clan system.... but who makes clan Mechs. Final way is to look at the names of units and troop types from all the ages and countries, Pelosi, Slinger, Charioteer, and Cuirassier. Many times I come up with names then that gives me an idea for a design.

AWAD- Remember the Fire Scarab that won the best design a while back

If it comes to it, do what I do when I try to come up with character names.

Find an appropriate book (in this case, a manual of modern-day combat vehicles would be appropriate) and flip through randomly until you see a name that you like. If all else fails, then use a dictionary.
