Technically this means that opponent will be somewhat limited by heat and perhaps suffer a few heavy hits while you burn like a heart of the Sun. Maybe you'll be able to put the IJJs to use and jump away to cool down provided that the enemy can't follow you. That requires a rather specific set of circumstances.
