Those are the fast zombies. Like 28 Day later or other such movies. In 3145 they grow them larger _________________ The dragon NEVER sleeps!

Pathfinder has a templates for Zombies that allows this as well. One of my favourites.
Did you see 28 Days Later BTW? Positively scary and almost plausible. _________________ The dragon NEVER sleeps!
