I did quite a while ago, the book has since been in a box from moving and I'm too lazy to unpack that box since it doesn't have my favorite books.
It was interesting to see rules for the Senshi and friends (and guardians, and tools, etc) even though most of the Senshi didn't fit within those rules but besides that there really isn't anything unique about it. It could be used for pretty much any other RPG and pretty much any other RPG could be used for a Sailormoon game.
