The basic idea behind this one is simple: high speed security.
The basic idea behind the Watchdog is simple: find any potential threats, rapidly move over there, and blast it to pieces.
The BAP helps it find targets. The ECM, TSM, and jump jets help it move fast and in stealth. The ER PPC does the job of blowing things up. The ER Small Laser is there as a sidearm to help it sting anything that doesn't immediately die from the ER PPC.

Perhaos the idea would be partially similar with that of Jackal or Talon (not counting stealth) ultimately your biggest concurrence will be the Spector IMO. Still it's a perfecty annoying sniper. I'd like to see how it would compete with less advanced Phoenix Hawk chassis fitted with similar payload when it comes to price and performance.
