According to a study done by USA Today, fast food outlets like KFC and Jack-In-The-Box conduct more stringent testing of the beef and chicken they buy than the USDA does for the beef and chicken it acquires for the school lunch program.

I recall those really greasy pizzas that you had to dab with a couple of napkins to remove the extra grease, Chesterfield County Public Schools really didn't send that much on lunches...though the waffles in the morning with lots of syrup were pretty good. _________________ Karagin Only the dead have seen the end of war. - Plato

The food we had was mostly inedible... It kept trying to get out of the pan....
