This one makes use of the pontoons I proposed.
The Mudskipper is intended for use as a "commando" helicopter. Its ability to land on water and its fusion engine means that it's not tied to a single region or base; as long as it has a clear hex to land in, it's good. A pilot can literally land his helicopter on a river and allow the river's current to carry the unit along, thus keeping it undetected and allowing the pilot to move about with ease.
As its one weapon is energy-based, ammunition is not an issue. _________________ "I wish I could write as mysterious as a cat." -Edgar Allen Poe"I knew there was something special about you, but I never realized you were really a cat." Wolfwood to a random cat (Trigun)

Why do I picture either something from Johnny Quest or GI Joe for this one??? _________________ Karagin Only the dead have seen the end of war. - Plato
