Ok, I found this poll out there and modified it a little to more accomodate this forum. You must be logged in in order to cast a vote. Likewise it stores your username and ip in the DB so you can't vote twice.
I'd appreciate it if you folks could test it. Try posting from different computers and see if it lets you.

As chihawk said, when you create a new topic, there is a new item for choices in your poll. If you enter something enter the choices box, a poll will be created.

Mordel, how do you expect someone to answer "no" in the poll if its not working? BTW, it does not come up on my 'puter.
