This one is another old-to-new upgrade, the old VTR-9B to the new -10. It loses the straight knockdown power of the AC/20, but in exchange gets a large increase in combat cababilities: longer range, expanded ammo load, anti-infantry capability, tactical options (thanks to those wonderful flamers), and greatly increased endurance from an extra 2.5 tons of armor and an AMS.

Not sure where this one gains anything over the Gauss Rifle armed version via the TRO3050.

Like I said, it loses knockdown power to gain versatility (improved crit-seeking power from the SRM, improved anti-infantry and -vehicle capability from the flamers, limited AAA capability from the LB-X) and durability (improved armor, AMS).
