I think that any artillery vee can create flak, but I don't recall any other specialist.

There are some specialized AA 'Mechs instead (Rifleman, Jagermech, ...)

A person could argue that the AC/2 and PPC carriers could function in an anti-aircraft role, along with SRM and LRM carriers.

Orion's LRMs are said to be also good at AA work...

Another vehicle that is very effective against aerospace attacks (according to fluff!!) is the ... Oro!! A 60t vehicle of the clans from TRO 3060!

It ain't the hamsters under the hood, kids, it's the heat they're packin' that makes the difference. As I recall, any LBX-AC can fire cluster munitions. No matter what vehicle it was, I'd arm it that way.

I have seen folks use the Alacorn as well as the Burke as AAA vehicles.

Any unit may be used for AA defense, but we are looking for those which are meant to fill this role in fluff, aren't we?

Are you looking for designs that are built specifically for AA work (like the Partisan), or are you looking for units that would work 'in a pinch' (like the Rifleman)?

The Rifleman is built with AA defense in mind, isn't it?

From what I gathered from the various readouts, and the fiction and such of the Universe, the Rifleman wasn't designed purely as an AA Mech. It does very nicely in an AA role, but I don't believe that they sat down and said "Okay, this beast is gonna be an AA platform".

Right!
From RFL-3N Fluff:
...
Although designed to be primarily a fire-support 'Mech, the Rifleman can hold its own in close combat against lighter 'Mechs.
...
The Rifleman's secondary role is that of anti-aircraft platform, as its Garret D2j tracking system provides excellent acquisition of swift-moving aerial targets.
...

Wow... Im not thinking of too many.
Considering all the times that ive had my lines strafed, bombed and otherwise molested by air forces, Im surprised that people havent sat down and said 'Time for an AA monster'.
