I think if 100 do that, how many would get lung cancer!
EDIT: I went with 3% as the normal chance to get lung cancer is way below 1% and smoking will multiply that chance! But not to an amount of 10%+ I think!

The precentage is pretty high IMO (I can't recall it correctly). I voted for 25%, but it may be more...
