For some reason I do not like it....
Maybe if the AC's were replaced with LRM-10's with 2 tons ammo and an extra ton of armor or add a medium laser? Dunno....

The entire point was to mount some AC/2s on a light chassis. Sort of a mini-Blackjack. I remember that someone once mentioned their fondness for AC/2s in level 1 play, so I suppose It's sort of a design for them (though I can't remember for the life of me who it was).

Yup, the -4T. Moves 6/9, too, and mounts one more ton of armour than the design above.

I like the basic concept here, but I think its a bit light on the armor and a bit too slow. 6/9 or jump jets would help this out so much.
I love the idea of a fast sniper that can empty two tons of AC ammo into you without you ever getting a shot back in return. It would make a beautiful guerrilla fighter.

I like AC/2´s too! 
Sniping from far with some of your tough buddies between you and the enemy can be much ( annoying!) fun!
