it is honestly time for a FAQ on this question:
TRO submissions are checked over by a moderator before they are posted. This Mod can take as little as a day or two to a month to approve the backlog of designs. Remember, all of us Mods do this job pretty much for free and on our free time. We will get to it when we can.
