SPENCER, Iowa (AP) - A woman who police say asked her son to sell marijuana to raise money to bail her out of jail faces an additional charge.
Elaine Baker is currently being held in the Clay County jail on two drug charges and child endangerment.
She made a call to her son, asking him to sell marijuana stashed in a refrigerator and post bond.
The call was monitored by police.
Authorities got a search warrant and found a small amount of marijuana in Baker's home on Monday.
Baker's son, Austin Tasich, was charged with possession of a controlled substance.
Baker was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to deliver.
Maybe they can get a cell together.

Actually no Mud it's not. The calls in a jail are monitored and there is a nice computer voice that will tell you this as you make the phone call. Plus the same message will be repeated through out the conversation an inmate has with anyone via a jail or prison phone.
