As we know, IS powers maintain extensive spy networks, even among the clans thanks to the captured people, but I have never heard about clan spies.
It's probably against clan mentality, but they would have someone to counter the efforts of IS spies, or keep an eye on bandit caste. Wolfs Dragoons technically were spies when they entered IS, weren't they?
So does anyone have some info concerning clan secret services, or something like that?

the closest thing the Clans have to a spy network is the Wolfnet. run and operated solely by Clan Wolf. they get intel form verious diffrent sources. There really is not much details on the Wolknet. But I will try to find out more for you

Actually, the Clans do have an intelligence community. Its a multi-Clan department known simply as "The Watch". Clan intel still has a lot of catching up to do, as intelligence gathering was largely ignored until the Clans attaced the Inner Sphere. Since then, the Clans have had more than one lesson in military intel, and what it can do for you.
As for agents and spies in the IS, there are a few, but as The Watch is relatively new, and nobody has a good grasp of what they are doing, the spy network is fragile and undiciplined.

underfunding and underdeployment are other big problems as well. If I remember correctly the Watch has had some minor successes against agents in Clan territory, but not many.
I think MIM has a merry time running about in Clan territory for example.

Hmm interesting...
Wolfnet probably gives info to the dragoons, but I'm not sure if they pass any info to the clans if it doesn't suit the needs of the Dragoons.
If the watch is rally joint project of multiple clans than it must bee awful... It's probably against clan mentality to spy upon each other, so this won't be a problem, but I guess that just agreeing who will fund (allocate resources) what will be the showcase of master diplomacy
What about Goliath Scorpion seekers? They search for relics and may learn a lot of things...

Wolfnet is Dragoons only. The Watch is not a collaborative effort, each clan maintains it's own Watch. As for the Seekers... I dunno

It wouldn't surprise me if the Seekers have been floating around the Inner Sphere for years.
Scrape up some old level one equipment and pose as mercs, and who will suspect anything circa 3025?

That's quite possible, even ComStar would employ them without knowing anything, but there would be a problem with returning to clan space without alerting anyone, so they would have some lair in IS to avoid making frequent trips home.

I would not try to hide the fact that I was from the Periphery. The more truth you can incorporate into a lie, the better it is.
Tied to the question of intelligence though is the Clans' security, against things like raids, guerrillas, and terrorists. This has never been much explored in the official material, but the Clan occupation zones would be extremely vulnerable to this sort of activity.

The clanners have magical powers that keep people peaceful. It's true, we've seen them at work. House Kurita couldn't fully pacify the scandinavians of Rasalhague during centuries of brutal occupation. A pitifully small force of clanners can do so easily.

With one arm tied behind their backs...
At least in the form of being off fighting other clans

Who said that clan occupation zones are peaceful? SJs had their own share of rebellions and I think that house lords ordered the populations of defeated planets to offer only passive resistance to prevent another massacre like the one on Edo.
The people in occupation zones may still be ready to rise against the clanners if the lords order them and there are probably more weapons hidden around than clanners think. I think that the houses support resistance groups on captured planets.

What makes you think they'd listen to the Successor Lords, who left them to the tender mercies of the clans in the first place?
