Overview:
       The Sylibus was constructed as a special short range, high 
   powered, combat augmentation, unit. designed by the martian marine 
   corps, and manufactured by Conception. the Sylibus offers a 
   supprising bonus against infantry, and armor.

Capabilities:
       while slow, the Sylibus uses stat of the art composits in its 
   armor. providing 50 percent more cover then other mechs of its size, 
   in addition both torso's mount CASE. with its main pourpose being 
   urban, jungle, or mountainus terrain. the Sylibus does not require 
   extensive speed, just manuverability.
       in order to handel its primary targets, the Sylibus is armed with 
   an LBX series cannon. this provids punch, and flexability. firing 
   either HEAT rounds or Cluster munitions, the MPD-X can be used to 
   punch a single hole thru armor, or to damage exposed componets thru 
   multiple hits and small explosions.
       backing this up are a pair of 20mm gataling machine guns. putting 
   out over 1600 rounds per minute, allowing it to dislodge even the 
   most obstent troops. these weapons are also imployed at close range 
   against armored unit. allowing the Sylibus to wear down the enemies 
   protection or damage there critical componets.
       the final touch is an MPD Longsight Medium Laser, mounted in a 
   fold down position over the left shoulder. this laser has an 
   increased range over standard models, and provids the Sylibus with a 
   back-up for if its ammo runs out. holding about the same punch as the 
   MPD-X the laser provids a deadly addition to the units weapons 
   package. thou the narrow beam has little effect on anything less then 
   armored units.

Deployment:
       right now there are presently 2 componies of the Sylibus fielded 
   by the Martian Marine Corps. both are stationed on mars.
