Here is an Ultra Light that is as cheap as a vehicle and uses ONLY level 1 tech, the level 3 tag is only because Ultralights were changed to level 3 after the big rule changes.

As lvl 1 scout it would excel, almost impossible to corner, but I wouldn't like to get caught by anything hidden and armed with real weapons.

Then don't do anything but run...and with the +4 to hit that it can get, means not much is going to hit it...
The point was to show Warhammer3025, that an ultralight mech could be made to match or beat his light vehicle price.
