This 'mech is unique for one reason: the Battle Value. With a BV of 904, you can deploy this 70-ton beast when the opponent deploys his TBT-5Y Trebuchet, WLF-2 Wolfhound, or HBK-5N Hunchback.
It's an homage to the old RFL-3N Rifleman: The BV is kept low via substandard armor and a severe deficiency of Heat Sinks.
