------------------------------------------------------------------------------
==Overview:==
A new deisgn in current production by the Wolf in Exile. Phelans preferance
for lighter mechs has been shown again. Unlike the Pack Hunter that has been
regarded as a step back in clan designs. The Stone Drake is a new Omni mech
and may prove to be a very valuable asset to the Exiled Wolf Clan. Currentely
only the Prime has been seen, thought other variants are expecte.
==Capabilities:==
The Stone Drake is intended to me a light and medium mech hunter. High speed
and a impressive electronics package allow the Stone Drake to bring its paired
large pulse lasers to bear on fast moving targets. 7 jump jets allo the Stone
Draketo navagate any terrain quickely and efficientely keeping even the
speediest of mechs in range to bring the highly accurate Pulse lasers to bear.
==Variants:==
No Varients have been seen yet but are surely in the works. it does appear
that the electronics are hardwired in to the frame.

Funny that both Lion and Shadowdancer had similar configuration when I created them, but they didn't survive two years of my tinkering (That reminds me *scribbles something*) I discarded them because I thought if not I, than someone else will make something like this.
I originally created them as munchy snipers. With TC and long range lasers they were hard to hit and mobile enough to keep the distance. But this doesn't have the TC...
The basic chassis is quite similar to Shadowdancer mentioned above (probably more tons free and no fixed ECM), Crimson Langur and maybe to Grendel and Hellion.
I'm not sure with the time line, if the WIE were able to build new omni in 3058.

Basically, you've created the answer to what can be more annoying to fight than the Stealth.
Actually WiE was avoiding XL engines in its production lines due to needing to shore up its mech toumans.
So thats why their designs favour normal engines.
The mech is okay, but uninspired. a guarentied +4 to enemy accuracy and all your shots at only +2 is a great evener.
Not my kind of ride either way. I'm not much for cleaner class mechs.

Let me guess, Spelling Check? Some of the possibilities given by this function are simply amazing

yeah I agree. its ok at best a pure nusiance at worst. I was toying around with the Idea a while ago and it was late when it inspired me. Admittely I am not a bit fan of pulse lasers and will never tie them to TC's, I find that combo to be to over done. I have been thinking of giving it a pair of ER lg or something different.
But after looking at it again it got kind of boring, and I lost interest.
