I constructed this one to give smaller ICE-vehicles the ability to mount a anti-aircraft capable gun. An old (?) rule stated, that only weapons with a range of 6 can shoot at fighters and I don´t wanted a missile-launcher.
As the ICE-mechs came up it was a good replacement for the Medium Laser.
MotorCannon
Damage: 4
Heat: 1
Mass: 1,5 t
Crits: 1
Range: 3/6/9
Ammo: 100 shots/t
Cost: 20.000
Ammo Cost: 2.000
BV: 30
Ammo BV: 4
Does not work with Targeting Computer

How was the BV calculated? If I compare it med. laser I would increase it by some 10 points, but otherwise I think it's usable (against fighters flying at NOE  )
