==Overview:==
The Apperation is currentely in development as first strike or command center
buster (CCB for short). slow but intended to be dropped in lance strength on a
base the Apperation uses heavy technology and a high price tag to achieve its
goal. Built on the chassie of a Atlas little was changed in terms of
appearance, though the apperation is a bit more menacing to look at. A medium
weight weapons package for a mech its size seems odd at first glance but
considering the mech will be fighting in close quarters and utilizing its 2
heavy battle fists as well as Triple strength Mynomer, the place ment starts
to make sense.
==Capabilities:==
The Apperation makes use of some of the more advanced materials in the Inner
Sphere, and as such is hoped to be a serious contender agains the clans.
Mounting hardened armor on a reinforced chassie, and with TSM the Apperation
can do things its founding chassie could only hope to. A Heavy duty Gyro was
added to help keep the unit up under intense return fire. A blue shield and
Null signature system will also help the unit avoid much of the heavy fire as
well. A engine super charger was added to help the unit close with enemy mechs
or structures and bring its weapons to bear. The weapons package is a
intersesting mix of proven Medium lasers and fairly reliable ER models. Turred
mounted Er Small and Medium lasers make up the Apperations short range fire
power, paired arm mounted ER Large lasers are the Apperations only long range
weapons. An armored cowl was mounted for a few reasons, partly was look, but
mostly was protection. The Apperation is one of the few mech's that can take a
gauss or clan ppc shot to the head and remain up and moving with out he pilot
dying.
