Small tank with some serious firepower, but in 3025 the techs would probably safe fusion engine for Stingers and try to use I.C.E.

Wow. That's a lot of tank for 30 tons. Good armor, too. It's a little slow, but that's the price. The greatest thing is that it's cheap, so you can have some nice firepower without paying a lot for it.
Although, I'm not sure if the LRM is necessary, since you've got the PPC. Perhaps a variant with no LRMs and more SRMs?

I had some time to kill last night before I show I was waiting for came on, so I just did this up.
The base inspiration was actually a Transformers figure I recently picked up second-hand. The main weapon for the tank mode was some sort of energy cannon, and there were seven dots (five on one side, two on the other) that looked like missiles.
If nothing else, tho, it could be assumed that the LRM launcher will be used for Thunder rounds.

Make the fluff state that it's for working with Scorpions and in fact resembles them a lot.
I like the LRM-5. Make it front mounted and keep the PPC in the turret.
