It's expensive (REALLY expensive), but it has some excellent long-range firepower.

Interesting but some back ground and such would make it a little easier to comment on.
Beyond that it has one big issue ammo. That alone limits the BA and thus renders it a short term issue.
Let me play around with some ideas and I will let you know if I have a variant or two in a couple of days.

Almost every suit has just a few shots for their missile systems. This suit has a total of 32 missiles (4 in each launcher with 12 each in reserve), which it can fire in any pattern it likes (up to four in a flight per launcher). By the time it gets close enough to use the PPC, it should still have a few missiles left.
To be honest, I just made it with no particular function in mind, so I can't really fluff it up.
